COLOUR VARIATION While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.
-Beads and sequences missing or coming off - we believe that customers who are ordering items with sequence and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embelishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many a times during strict phycical checking at the customs during transit, more then usual sequences and beads come off. Many a times it may happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or you wear the dress and in a few hours you might loose some of them. Do not panic or over-react because if you look with a magnifying glass at any such dresses / sarees worn by others, you will most certainly find some pieces missing or almost at a state of falling down

SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS We can send goods out to a different address if you are paying by cheque or cash into our account- we cannot send items to another delviery address if you are paying by phone with your credit card or pay pal method

SAREES ARE SENT OUT Recorded Delivery and can take up to 1-5 working days £6.00 charge UP TO 750grams above this the charge is £8 per item unless isf on offer
£9NEXT DAY DELIVERY depending on time ordered. FOR ALL OTHER COUNTIRES outside UK £15 charge standard 7 day delivery
DELIVERY DATES We will try our best to deliver in the time scale given, but we cannot be held responsible if your parcel does not arrive on time, as we are also in the hands of the courier and flights arriving from India. DAMAGED GOODS RECEIVED
Item received in damaged condition / manufacturing defect or wrong item - If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible.
You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received

REFUNDS FOR SAREES THAT ARE IN STOCK
REFUNDS APPLICABLE WHERE YOU HAVE PAID FOR DELVIERY, OTHERWISE IF WE HAVE GIVEN YOU FREE DELIVERY THEN EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY APPLIES For a full refund you must inform us within 24-36 hours from receipt of parcel, and return the item within 7 working days.If you do not fulfill this requirement you will not be eligiible for a refund and a credit note will be issued providing we receive the saree within 10 working day, after this time sarees cannot be returned Price of the goods will be refunded not the postage REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WITHIN 14- 28 DAYS
